Good afternoon, chaps and ladies!
As the title may suggest, this post is an inquiry as to who will be in attendance to London's MCM Expo from 28th-30th October. I shall most definitely be going, as the one in May was such fun.

I'm waititng to buy tickets for myself and ZenGwen... last time I checked ( a week or so ago) the October event site was still coming soon  Edit: Just checked again http://www.memorabilia.co.uk/london/ still coming soon. |

I hope to be in attendance over the three days, bringing along a couple of new exhibits I am preparing for The Asylum.
However stretching this to a three day event ups costs considerably. The Expo should note this.

A Saturday only trip for Gwen and I. She'll be travelling down from the frozen north on the Friday and on the Sunday we shall be recovering from the White Mischief Halloween party  Ah, well, I can see why the site isn't working from the link I followed. Evangeline and I will be there all weekend, though we'll need to depart fairly swiftly on Sunday evening. Hotel booked (the right one this time >.>)

I think that I will be attending with my boyfriend but I am very nervous as it will be my first Steampunk event. My boyfriend looks fantastic when he is all dressed up but I am a bit overweight and worried about how I will look so I may be too scared to come along dressed up.  |

Good clothing covers a multitude of sins, and I am an unrepetent sinner.
Please do not feel self concious if you have never been to an expo before, everyone is strangely dressed except for the steampunks. Just be yourself, but more so if that makes sense.

Steampunk is a great leveller and you'll find nothing but the warmest of welcomes at the VSS stand, such as the one Evangeline and I received a few Expos back on our first public steampunk outing. |

After finding out the great Vic Mi-nyeh-nyeh-nyeh will be there, as well as Jonathon Young I'm now going.
