Has anyone else seen this? The 22 page pull-out features a lady on a pennyfarthing wearing a pith, and steampunks are featured amongst the new tribes, along with Chaps, Whovians and Pugilists.

Sadly I missed it. The Guardian seems to write about eccentricity quite a lot, but sadly I can find no link to that particular article on their website or anywhere else on the net.

If you know of somewhere flag it up would you please?
