Tea with the Queen? (Barkerville, BC, Canada, May 2012)
« on: July 30, 2011, 02:09:30 am »
So I'm thinking that this coming Victoria Day (end of May 2012) I will take the kids up to Barkerville, for their annual Afternoon Tea with Queen Victoria event. It's 3 or 4 hours' drive north of me; about 2 hours (I think) to the south and east of Prince George. And I thought it would be pretty kick-ass to bring my SP outfit along and have our pictures taken with the Queen.

Would anyone else be interested in doing this with me, either as a day trip or an overnight thingie?

I have one friend (so far) who definitely sounds like they're coming along. Is anyone else interested?
