Steampunk Anime Music Video

You all must help me recover something that has slipped away from my dear gray matter.

Some time ago, I recall viewing a steampunk music video, done in an anime style, involving a group of poor rebels who break into a printing factory where a young girl sits down in some sort of mechanical chair that allows her to control many mechanical hands that paint for her some sort of currency or propaganda flyer by the thousands. The plot progresses as the antagonists take back the factory, killing the rebels and the girl's brother dies to some sort of masked soldier.
