Such wines must be easier to procure in Europe. Upon reading that such a wine existed I found this reference in Wikipedia to it:
AszĂș: This is the world-famous wine that is proudly cited in the Hungarian national anthem. It is the sweet, topaz-colored wine that was formerly known throughout the English-speaking world as Tokay.
Yet, I've been unable to find it in local wineshops. The same with absinthes. I researched various brands just to find out that ones I think I might like are not available locally.
Easier, but still pricey. Hubby travels on business and stocked up on Tokaji when he was in Budapest. We save it for special occasions.
