About the gate; I took it down as instructed... apparently it was destroyed but not going so I was asked to delete it from the registry... which I did... sorry if that was wrong! I've played with 1.6, it's not bad! Maps are a little odd to get used to and hatches might get annoying as you can only place them at the bottom of a hole (so you'd have to climb to the top of a ladder then hop onto the top of it, then out of the hole) but otherwise they're useful! I must admit I was hoping to have them flush with the top of a block so they'd double as a floor, but there are ways around that. Also, you're all in my will! umm... when you next log in you'll get the screen that'll show the log and it should be on 1.6.3 about now. When you enter username/password and click log in you'll be presented with a screen that says "A new update is available do you want it!" and be given the option to press yes or no. Simply click no, and no problem.
I'll keep everyone informed as to when Bukkit releases it's next build.

*Ahem*... *Cough Cough*... i have a question to all pirates of the air, sea folk, people of the settlement, outsiders and air peoples... i have came up with this thought on the hazy morning of the 27th of this month, and i though (thinking it over it isn't too modern) that i or anyone else who want to join can build a church... i think it would just be something for decoration purposes... your opinions on that please, and i know it is suddenly random coming off the subject and theme but i think we could make it work and build something like "The Brass Goggles Cathedral" also i am thinking of in celebration of the completion of the "BGAC" hangar, i may build and have an airship sale... your opinions on that too please... - CPT. I finally have an idea for a building that isn't a designer house (in fact it will be my own house at last) but am struggling to find a location. I need two cliff faces (less than 30 blocks apart) on a coastline with water at the bottom of the cliffs (cleaves?) and in any green biome.

I AM A COMPLETE FAILURE... ALL THE IDEAS I THINK OF ARE ALLREADY BEING MADE/DONE/OR ARE CRAP  ] On another subject i need ideas for the BGAC (For those who don't know it stands for the Brass Goggles Airship Club , putting minecraft in it was too long and not catchy) so far i have a small reception room with cake, and a hangar big enough for two small airships... this is located south of the runway in the desert, but you won't be able to dock unless you have met the following 2 agreements 1) you must have a ship  2) you must pass the tests that will be built to become a member But anyway i hate rambleing but you may need this info AND DAMNIT I AM RABLEING AGAIN... A Mad Scientists Lab. it would be even better know that the lightning tower mod is on. Also, if we do build one, I think we should put another nether portal in it.

I don't think the lightning tower mod even works...I was thinking of doing something similar: a castle on a mountain with a tesla coil on top. But it all falls apart when the lightning tower mod doesn't do what it's supposed to... |

Corsair I found alot of locations like you have described with cliffs going up to the clouds Ill show you if you like.
I found a small mod that may be of interest, it uses iron as a tesla coil to destroy mobs within a radius equal to the height of the tower. When mobs are killed it shoots lightning.

Hello all;
I've turned the lightning tower off, so it doesn't actually work, but that's not to stop you building a tower and saying it's a lightning spike.
We have a red-stone lab in the desert, but I see no reason not to have a mad science lab somewhere! They're great fun and you could populate it with a great number of things!
The game IS 1.5.something at the moment, I'm afraid I can't update it yet as there is not Bukkit update... Unless you made a backup of the 'bin' file there's not much you can legally do to downgrade.
Manix, Send me a name (or link) and I'll look at it... remember we have limited space though.
