Nice work.  What you loose in aerodynamic streamlining and thus air speed, you more than make up for in style.

Exactly - for me it's not about getting there - it's about getting noticed.

Sorry - had to look twice at the profile shot - that is your hand holding the control isn't it?

"Is that a rocket in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me?"

I'd like some of those mints - wouldn't need a rocket pack then!

Nice look for the Cogling, Professor Cogsworthy, Sir.

I have been far too busy on far less useful things than this thread.  Spent the evening perusing from the start and truly enjoyed every minute. If the projects were not enough the wit kept me in stitches.   Definitely inspirational.  I kept hoping that by the time I had caught up to the present, that a few numbers might still be available.  At the same time hoping that so many had been completed by now you'd have a hundred for the book.  This just seems like so much fun I am going to have to dust away the cobwebs and see if there is any imagination left in my head.  Perhaps with a bit of oil....things might start turning again.   Mothers Day on the morrow, so tinkering is strictly of limits, but next week might be interesting indeed.

Thank you once again

I am so glad you are enjoying the thread, numbers are still available ( I think we are up to 13) and once all 25 are issued I shall start to commence to proceed to begin to think about possibly maybe doing a book.

I just looked at the calender. Dear me, I really need to get working on my pack if it's to be done in time for Asylum.

Finally got enough workspace to complete my pack.
Thruster pods located and solid fuel boosters attached.
Fuel pipes and gauges to follow soon.

Everything going very smoothly, apart from the fact that, for some strange reason, my trousers keep falling down.

One can never have enough string.

Oh, wait, you've used the string as well as the belt, oh dear: keep away from ferrets!

Oh, and lovely 'pack, all it needs is blue touchpapers!
