After looking at every single page in this thread, it almost makes my fingers itch after making a rocket pack of my own.. and I´ve never build anything in my entire life! XD it´s your fault that I´ll be thinking of ways to use anything shiny and brass in a rocket pack project in the future!

I'VE BEEN MEANING TO PUT THIS ON HERE. FINISHED JUST IN TIME FOR THIS YEAR'S ASYLUM, THE VISCOUNT MARK III PERSONAL ROCKET PACK (PATENT PENDING):

GUAGE...

...AND FUEL INDICATOR.

THE MAIN BOX WITH WORKING VALVES AND WINDER KEYS.

AND SOME MORE SHOTS FOR GOOD LUCK!

I STILL NEED TO DIRTY DOWN THE ENGINE BELLS SO THAT THEY LOOK LIKE THEY'VE SEEN A BIT OF USE BUT UNFORTUNATELY I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DO IT IN TIME FOR THE ASYLUM.

I actually bought a rocket pack today! Wild! It was in the local shop and I couldn't resist...kinda pricey, but I think well worth it. It needed a bit of a wash though.

Is it a hot sort of peppery or is it just for appearances?   Grin

Flaming hot! The problem is I can't get it to ascend. But it goes down very well!

That's the problem with rocket packs, they fall easier than they rise.  Of course a lot of alcohol really can step things upward a bit.

Careful, there's an old saying, "What goes down, must come up." (Especially in babies)

I like to use the phrase "well, it's not rocket salad!" in place of "well, it's not rocket science!" just to throw people.
