LOL, Mine didn't leave you with many options, huh?  Funny too that my Dutch name only yielded more Dutch sounding names.  Thanks for doing that.  My favorite was the first.

We're getting quite close to that hundred pages mark. Smiley

Is "Jedediah Solomon" the name you want 'grammed?  Because, that's already pretty steampunk.  Otherwise I ask people to scramble their actual names for steampunk improvement through 'gramming.

Bitterblue, gentleman or lady?  Also, that's not a lot of letters you gave me to work with.  Did you have a middle name that you remembered to include?

Why Thank you, but I get none of the credit... My parents, clever folk that they are, realized that my family name, Solomon ( from a native North-American Aboriginal group, although probably given to them from some political Immigrant in the 1700's) is the Biblical name that was also referenced as Jedediah, so my name is "Solomon Solomon" or conversely "Jedediah Jedediah". And that gives a nod to the Jewish bit of my progenitory.

Jedediah Solomon, that is certainly a fine, steampunkish name that your parents so kindly gifted you with.  Now I'll mess it up with my anagrams. Smiley

Johan Joseph Dieseldoom
= Jedediah Joseph Solomon

Elijah S. Oddmoone
John A. Dieseldoom
Johan Dieseldoom
Maj. Leonides Hood

= Jedediah Solomon

Maj. = Major

I do enjoy the prospect of a field promotion to the rank of Major, and may consider simply adding the title to my name, once I clear it with the aristocracy. Jolly good, Nephele. Carry on!

<Did that sound...Major-ish?>

I have some fun letters I hope you'll enjoy. Thank you again for the welcome and invitation to this thread.

Ah, almost forgot! I am female.
