Greetings people of the internets I though this forum could do with a place for people to advertise their blogs, or alternatively post links to others, i.e. made by friends or blogs so alive with awesomeness that they HAVE to be posted. Especially considering since every other person in this outfit seems to have at least one blog of some kind. So anyway here's a thread to post a link to your blog for our viewing pleasure. And since I created this thread, I'll go first: http://uncivilised-ramblings.blogspot.com/I use this to post mainly writing extracts and rants, but lately I've been doing a series on goths and exploring that subculture. However I plan to upload more steampunk related content in due course. Enjoy Regards, Laurence.

I've just started Silk and Steam, which is going to cover steamy mods and costume creations, as well as book reviews and the like. ETA: the link in the sidebar goes to my website, which is a writing blog with a couple of Steampunk works in progress.

I know most of your blogs will have to do with steampunk, but mine is more of just things that interest me and I have many other things other than steampunk that I find myself up to my chin in. http://acidicsheep.tumblr.com/That wasn't to say that you lot aren't interested in things other than steampunk. I realize it might've come off that way.

A place for either blogs written by steampunks, or blogs written BY steampunks, or both! Best put mine and a brief description: http://www.avasapparel.blogspot.comBlog around sewing, containing reviews of patterns, suppliers and books about sewing! SO if you have a blog, or know of a cool steampunk one, post its URL and a short description here!

My main blog is called Life in Hay, and it's about life in the Town of Secondhand Books behind the scenes - the stuff a casual tourist never sees. That's at http://lifeinhay.blogspot.co.uk/ and it's become popular enough that I'm now introduced as "The Town Blogger". My secondary blog is for fun stuff and writing - I love old swashbuckling movies, and I've been writing fantasy, and that's at http://gatewaytoytir.blogspot.co.uk/

One of the ones I found when first looking into Steampunk was Steampunk Scholar - Mike Perschon is a Canadian graduate student and Associate Professor of English who is currently wrapping up his doctoral dissertation (which just happens to be about Steampunk Literature). He's got lists of primary and secondary works, brief reviews of many of the works that he cites, and some side articles about stuff in general. Highly recommended.

Took a look at your blog. The masthead looks out of place with the rest of the page. I see bands of color in small dots. Is that right?

Mine is Mirror Slide Junction. I've reviewed a number of steampunk books on there, but I don't limit myself to any particular medium or sub-genre of sci-fi; I review books, movies and anime as well. I also post news about my novels and passages from them. www.thegamecalledrevolution.blogspot.com
