Hello all,
New member here.
I would love to add myself to sunny south of France but for some reason the map doesn't let me, it will just let me edit other people's location from what I can tell. (Although I haven't tried).
What can I do?
Edit (26/05/09) I have added myself, although I can't see the image of the map and I am not sure as too whether I have deleted someone else in the process... The Aether can be quite complex sometimes!
Edit 2 : it seems that I never added myself in fact... Can someone kindly tell me how to do this? (When I click on "join" it select someone's pin and if I edit it, it doesn't stick on the map)

I have had quite a bit of trouble with it, still to add a pin there should be a little "add me" button at the top of the list of people... |

Finally managed to put myself on that map! Seems there are only two people near me, but whatever, I'll find more. Or, if I have to, make some. To the laboratory!

It is not firefox as it doesn't work with IE either for me. My pin stays as the "to be edited pin" and doesn't save... Anyway, I am in Carcassonne, south of France so if anyone is near wave at me form your steam (air) ship. If anyone works out why it won't work for me (is it linked to the activeX control?) PM me please! (or write it here it might help others.) Thanks Pris |

I've only just joined the forum, but have pinned myself on the map all the same. I see there are some other Canadians about. A most happy circumstance, that. Perhaps there are more of us than I'd thought on the vast Prairie.

I -think- I've been able to add myself to the map, but it doesn't display a picture, so I'm not sure it's actually accepted the pin. ^^; Anyway, I'm in Weatherford, Texas, near DFW if anyone is nearby!
