Ahem!. One does not simply perambulate into Brass Goggles and start demanding stuff after less than 1/2 hour, that's e'en before you manage to get our pledges of...Upper Class "Fish Knives"!

While I can definitely see the appeal, I'd really prefer a set of left-handed cake forks as they would fit in with my preferred eating habits much better.

Yes, but how long is it going to take to teach  the snails to actually use it?
Start small and persuade them to handle a spoon first .....

You know they swing both ways, right? And the grapefruit spoons are a bit on the butch side.

It occurs to me that, perhaps, the relevant knives are more for the "Upper-Class" fish themselves, than they are for humans to use on the fish.
