I don't like rings.
But I WANT that one.
My wife is decidedly not Steampunk but she wants that ring too.
We would like them in silver.

What if we made a pin
besides the ring? What subject would you choose, an image of goggles, a zeppelin? Something else? I know the pin you have for the Texas Steampunks in brass (you cut it in CNC didn't you?), but I guess I could work something out in foil-thickness in the silver PMC, say 5 grams, or 6 cm X 6 cm in construction paper thickness fairly quickly (I can't do bronze or copper PMC yet, because I need activated charcoal (?) in a kiln to drive away oxygen and impurities). I just need to find a
fast supplier of PMC; so far I only have the usual internet suspects, but it really busts my chops having to wait for days for a 6x6 sheet or a 20 gram package. I don't know if there is an Austin supplier (Hobby Lobby / Michaels don't carry anything in precious metal, save silver plated jewelry findings). Theoretically, I can even dip organic matter like plant leafs in PMC and turn out a copy in metal! (the organic matter burns away in the firing process).
