So this seems to be a pinup, credit to Nyafox on Tumblr.  Is it a Steampunk Pinup?

It looks more like a Pizzaow'd of Bride after Hen night to me..

I could read that sentence, but not understand it.  The photo looked like Tess of the D'Urbervilles to me.

Pizzaow'd is my PC way of saying , " Pissed off " which was what the of was meant to be after it , except I missed an f.

A Hens Night is a bachelorette party held for a woman who is about to get married.

BTW Where are your photos ? I searched and found none .. very disappointed after hearing you lived  on boat and were all pirate n' all.

I'll confess, it took more than a couple of views before I noticed it.  Cheesy

Now you tell me there's a bike, I can see it. A lovely fluffy bike. Looks like a nice ride.

So... not sure if it counts as pinup, or indeed very steampunk.

Be gentle good people, I haven't done any modelling since I was ten.
(Was fun though)

Thank you very much,

and yes, velvet corset, Christmas present, and very practical actually, more so than my brocade one, although that is mainly due to the colour.

Just an attempt at the auto-daguerotype, occasioned by the acquisition today of a new vest -  the outer one with the leather facings.

WinterHaven - You look fabulous, I love that your hair colour and clothing are in the same colour pallet.

I am also not sure this is especially 'pin-up' or not, but it is a picture from a photoshoot done much earlier last year.

Arkaya, That's a gorgeous outfit but specifically I have skirt envy Smiley  If you made it, is there a pattern/tutorial/'nother picture anywhere, I love it.

And I am sure that pic counts as pinup - but the gentlemen will have to be the judges.

Argus Fairbrass - thank you as always sir Smiley It is rare someone recognizes it as a pauldron! An yes, mostly made by me, except the gloves, shorts and hat. I would also like to add the pauldron was made from a belt I found in a skip!

WinterHaven - Thank you so much! It is my favorite of my bustle skirts I have made, I have a clearer pic of it here : But no tutorial I am afraid, but it was fairly simple to sew, as it is just a waist band with 4 layers + one back lining, adding my utility belt on top makes it look better I think.

It is a wonderful bustle.  Where did you find the balloon fabric?

Arkaya thank you, the pictures are great, I love the combination of workmanlike and frilled edging in that outfit. I've always been a little straight laced so I am experimenting and your lok is giving me ideas.

Just as an aside for moment, this may interest Arkaya or indeed anybody with a penchant for leather armour. I came across some rather wonderfully painted examples by Pinkabsinthe on Deviant Art a while back. She's certainly achieved some very striking results.

Wasn't sure exactly where to post these, but I guess they are related to this topic.

You know you've made a splash when someone produces a lovingly detailed figure or sculpture of you. These look to be two amazing examples inspired by well known SP pinups Kato and Lady Clankington, that I would love to add to my collection.

Agreed- in my humble opinion, she could be the next Bettie Page.
