I happened upon this recently. She's a fine looking woman to be sure, and obviously there are a great many images of various types and descriptions out there. Still I have to say, this is certainly the most striking picture of Lady Clankington I've ever seen. All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!! Joe

In her case the pix don't lie, that's just how she appears in real life. She invited all BG members in the area to attend her steampunk open house & photoshoot in Harrisburg PA last year, where they had quite an extravaganza of Victorian furniture & steamy artifacts (she's associated with Brute Force Studios, which did some of the props for the steampunk 'Castle' TV epi). markf
Why did I wait so long to join BG? I'm 8 minutes by train from Harrisburg.

Yer probably right...just that I ain't but seen tiny profile-pic faces of 'em! And for the longest time, Flynn wasn't nothing but a little crazy non-pic icon, dig? Folks thinking' she was a cove and all (including myself at one time, to my current embarrassment) Now she's all curvy and pouty-lipped and such... And who knew that Diver-Helmet-Head was all model-thin? This thread has just been one enlightenment after another...even brother Count Alex all pimpin' his hairy-chested self...

All the fine ladies are amazing. Though I find Polaris and Flynn most attractive. (I have a thing for beautiful brunettes)

I must agree, the Ladies of BrassGoggles are all incredibly beautiful. Also, on something of a tangent, Joeyeah_right, I love your avatar picture.

That's me from a Christmas 'fancy dress' party a couple of years ago. I have the long hair, the long black coat and the big boots anyway, so i thought i'd go for "The Crow" as a costume and studied the film to get the make-up right. It was a lot of fun, especially getting the bus into town to go to the party while dressed up like that

(I mean it has been quiet for a few days) The movie is awesome and so underrated. Brandon Lee in his last roll....sad, but an awesome one to go out with.

I inadvertently quoted The Crow to my ex girlfriend once ... she was complaining about the weather in her area being sucky and rainy ... I said "It can't rain all the time.".
The first time I actually watched it, I cried my eyes out. Call me stupid, call me whatever you want. I don't care. This movie is true love visualized. In my (veeeeeery) humble opinion anyway.

Actually I think you hit the mark of why I didn't care for the sequels. Crow: City of Angels was okay, the rest....no. I remember when I my mom finally let me watch it, I actually watched it between all the years of high school and freshman year of college to the point it busted my VCR.

Also, regarding The Crow. we have a MASSIVE print from the graphic novel on our bedroom wall. it involves half-dressed women and such. You'd think it was LYM who put it up, nope. It was I. Best film possibly ever!

In particular the eyes-I like the ladies of this forums eyes alot. They have a... Mischevious glint in them. Or something very like it.

Speaking as a former opium addict uh... as someone who KNEW opium addicts... YEAH, THAT ONE!!! Speaking as someone who KNEW opium addicts, and has NO FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE whatsoever, that tends to give more of a glaze than a glint. Either or, point is, I like eyes, smiles... And legs. And where the legs meet the back. Actually, that whole area. That, and above it...

[/Firefly recall] Do not fear me-ours is a peaceful race, and we must live in harmony... Nah, this is Xenos-but Firefly has quickly become my favorite show in the history of EVER, and Mr. Harris was right-it's BLOODY HARD NOT TO QUOTE IT! EDIT: Just realized it would have been a hell of alot better for me to say "I am a leaf on the wind-watch how I soar," but hindsight is 20/20...

Don't worry we understand you pain, we also find it hard not to slip references and quotes to it into our normal conversations. Ours is a burden but we are thankful that your sudden and inevitable betrayal to blue sun, didn't cause us to much harm. Sigh, that was a horrible attempt to quote a masterpiece. Please ignore it.

Oh I have one in that line of thought but I'd have to get permission from the other party to share it. (It's one of those pictures that led to the GAH the other day, so nothing graphic, just awwww.) And the fact I don't want to rush things, I'm not going to ask for that permission for at least...another week....*crosses fingers*

In a Desperate attempt to get this thread back on track ONE MAN Stands tall in the face of Disaster. Will he be able to turn the tide and bring sexy back or is this tread lost to the dreaded thread graveyard? Only time will tell! Not the greatest picture nor particularly pin-upy but we have to start somewhere don't we? Also if the Ladies ask nicely I might post something a lil more risque later.
