Crikey!

A few months off in the wilderness and I've had to hazard a guess as to what photo thread's what these days.

Seeing as I'm back I thought I'd show off the current 'tache. Apologies if I scare your horses or cause horrified reactions!

Carry on!

I second this. Indeed I may have actually done a double-take. Also, superb moustache, sir!

Crappy as the picture is, thought I'd drop a picture of my new piercing, of which I'm quite proud. The picture was taken about twenty minutes after it was done, hence the redness. Tongue

Last week I went here:

Lodge Park, Gloucestershire.
It's a 17th-Century deercoursing grandstand and well worth a visit.  Deercoursing, for those who don't know, was the sport of the aristocracy prior to horse racing.  Think along the lines of dog racing, but with a live deer as the lure rather than the stuffed rabbit on a rail  Sad

Below, a smug monkey holding a cigarette during a day at work. Notice how his left hand is striving to pull itself out of joint and join with his kneecap.

Contrary to what appearances might suggest, I am actually quite actively hating my hair in the picture.

Minnie,
I always love the way you put your outfits together!

Achy, Tell me that you train a wicked jab with that reach. Seriously.
I can see why why you hate your hair, but I'm liking the way you've put together your outfit.

I've trained myself to southpaw to get an off-hand straight right and a mean left hook, so the jabs I can do are just the distraction. The outfit is just the regular stuff. Heavy-duty cargo trousers and a regular tee. Workman's clothes. Not my favorite stuff, but they give a nice, heavy, solid feeling.

Channeled my inner flapper at a 20's themed Yelp Party last week.  My companion didn't dress up, but it's apparent he had fun playing with the props in the photo booth

Ach, that ain't a bad plan -- train to hide the reach, and when they think they are just out of range, slap 'em up side the head.  My sifu does it all the time (his arms are VERY disproportionate to his height, owing to a back broken in an ancient car wreck, after which his lower half stopped growing but his upper hit two more spurts)

Here is a shot of me from a Halloween party I was at Saturday:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The picture was taken a round 2 am, earlier in the night I had a skull painted on my face in the Baron Samedi style.  All that was left of the skull by this point was a little black around my eyes, which is why it looks like I am wearing eye liner.

A little early for a halloween bash isn't it? I mean considering it actually falls this coming Sunday. I would have thought Saturday 30th  would have been the  most suitable date for a party.

This was just the first party of the halloween season, I'll be going to at least three more before the 31st
