Been hammering out notes on how things need to flow for my story.  Still need a damn title for it though...  Otherwise, I've only been AWAKE about a half hour (this whole working nights thing is a [DELETED]), so yeah, so far so good, right?

I've been working nights for the last twelve years. It doesn't get better.

Have I been productive? No, it's my day off. Screw productive. Tongue

Also, I decided that I am, in fact, a god.
Congratulations, on your first step to Ascension. Next, you need to get other people to believe you're a god. The more believers you have, the more powerful you'll become.

Finished the South Walking sprites for the Slaa Lieutenant Master, made a VERY sad attempt at spriting a locomotive for their transport (it's pathetic, really), realized that's WAY to advanced for me at this point (I've been doing pixel art for all of what, right at a day? hehe), saved the outline, and will come back to it (maybe) one day AFTER I've gained some skills.

Maybe I should try spriting a dirigible?  Cheesy

I've gotten MUCH faster at recolors and animating them, so I'm thinking after I sprite out a few more heads, I can get an entire sprite ARMY of Slaa troops!

But before I do that, I need to get East, North, and West walking sprites for the three units I've GOT.   Wink

I have bought a set of 3 plastic storage drawers from Wilkinsons. Not the most attractive things to look at but I have now tidied my very small craft area ( which I can store in but have no space to actually work at ) . It does look somewhat neater now rather than everything being shoved into a big cardboard box and other crap stuffed on top.

The Local charity shop will also get a box of card making stuff  and a big block of coloured sugar paper which I will never use . I've no doubt they can repackage it and sell it.

I rebuilt the hole in the house's south wall. Three broken bricks out. Three new-ish (transplants form the garden box) in the wall.

Slept in the grass on my front lawn with my cats. Finished a stained glass head with mutton chops (I'll post a picture soon!). Went to an Apple Cider/Sauerkraut festival and bought several gallons of hard cider with my parents.

Went to a hookah bar (I would STRONLY suggest unwashed cherry tobacco) with my wingman Fluffy, and tonight, I was HIS wingman (I'm married, so not looking.  He's single... hehe)!  'Twas quite the night on the town, actually.  Was a bit worried about him, didnt know the human head could turn that far around that quick without breaking!

Parking: $2
Hookah: $11 split two ways
Rootbeer (I was the DD):  $1.69
Sitting for over an hour, ingesting nicotine?  Priceless.

And upon the morrow, I've been asked to regale a group with my tales from my time in the Sudan (well, actually, they want to know about Malaria first hand)!  Then it's BACK to the hookah bar, because in the DAYTIME, they're a Mediterranean Cafe (ah, shishtawook, shwarma, and babaganoosh!!!  It'll ALMOST be like I'm back IN the Sudan!)!

The most productive thing I have done today was hanging up all my clothes. Well...at least those that should definitely be hanging. The satisfying result was observing the brown section of my wardrobe move a whole foot. I also re-arranged my drawers and made a start on the floor. All of this was to get away from what I should have been doing: either of my animations and my boardgame. I have managed to get the Fab Four moving for another 5 seconds. Ringo looks terrible, but hopefully the others will be distracting. I still need to do another 3 seconds of this for the finale, plus all the close-ups. Too much work  Undecided

I managed to get £24 worth of books for <£10.... they were advertised 3 for 2, then I had a £5 voucher and another £1.75 worth of points on my store card.  Thus I now have the first 5 Discworld novels....

sculpting...as usual, had coffee for breakfast, walked my dog, and clearcoated a batch of sculpture testpaints that are being donated for a charity auction.   Hoping to have them mailed out by tuesday.    Planning to make homemade pizza for dinner tonight.     Which reminds me...I'm hungry! Grin

Overslept, made some chicken for dinner (or breakfast, depending on which side of the dawn you live on), then rebuilt the dock I made for my iPod. I've given up on finding one that has AV compatibility for a reasonable price, so I ordered an AV cable and made this:

Aleister- that is a cool use for Lego parts- are they from a Bionicle set? Today I cleaned out the freezer, did some laundry, contemplated the sewing I'm supposed to be doing and that's about it so far..
