Not satisfied with avaliable Halloween decorations I built a Banshee for the yard. She lights up too. Will get pix of her lit up once we install her in the yard. Very nice! Er, is she seeing anyone right now?

No she's single, but you might find her voice a bit grating.

Yes. Sadly the vodka tastes like turpentine but the bottle is quite useful.

What do you expect? Dan Akroyd made it! (No personal experience with it myself, never have the money) That IS the first negative review I've heard though...

Routed some pickup tickets, have 12 more to go.
Watched Serenity. Decent movie, some of the better quotes 'n'setch, but just didna have the same... Umph? No, no... Don't sound quite "Mal" enough...
It just didna have the same BWAH!!! as the TV Show.
And I'm not at ALL happy with what happens when they land on that one planet... Leaf on the Wind 'n all... I did get very choked up. Honestly, there could have been tears...

My boss is on vacation, so yeah... And I didn't NOT like Serenity-I just like the show a hell of alot more! The movie is good-just could have been better! ... Also, I found that American Apparel has nudity in some of their ads... Yeah, I'm pretty stoked about that!

Gave my online shop a bit of a polish. I've had it for a couple of years with just a single design on tees and prints, and I've decided it's time to start piling some more stuff on there. I gave it a bit of an overhaul to match my illustration website and hopefully might have time to tie them together a bit. Mind you work is utterly manic right now so it might take a while.

Spose it counts as productive.....made myself a Punk stylee black leather collar.

I've shortened a Weaver Rail and painted it black. I have no idea what you are talking about but I am sure you also have done very well! A Weaver Rail is for a particular type of scope ... it was too long, ugly and silver. In this particular case it's for a projectile emitting device not normally discussed within the walls of this forum. In the end, said device will look like alien technology applied to early 19th century ... things. Very Firefly.

Made some chicken stock a few days ago and remembered that it was still on the stove. I threw it straight in the bin without even looking at it or more importantly smelling it.
On another note, in my day job as a designer of industrial power supplies, I needed to check if a temperature sensor worked at it's maximum rated temperature. Luckily a fresh cup of tea is exactly 85 degrees celsius, which by a strange coincidence is exactly correct. So off to the kitchen, and my sensor was thoroughly tested after a quick dunk in said cup of tea and I got to drink it as well.

Douglas Adams would be proud of you. The funny thing is that the other engineers would have used our environmental chamber (nicknamed "The Bismarc"), a hulking piece of German engineering that takes an age to heat up and requires navigating the menu in German to set it going. Sometimes a strong Brownion motion generator is all that is required. I hope that he is chuckling in whatever dimension he ended up in.

I have done almost all my laundry, took out the garbage, cleaned the kitchen a bit, made a 2,5 page long kanji/word list that I need to know before monday, looked for some internship places, e-mailed some as well, paid a dentist bill, went shopping, started on a project for Sinterklaas, checked up with half the family how they`re doing, found out what exactly we have to do in the exam monday, and managed to complain to a lot of people about a lot of stuff (and mainly other people) in between as well.
Productive day looks mightily productive like this, but was actually largely spend lazing about.
