HE IS SOOO Willing to Negotiate that 25% A group of us have been trying to negotiate either a flat fee or a lower percentage and he is very flexible! email him if you are interested! mecpresident@gmail.com

Steampunk Gallery..we can have up to 6 vendor's...each must bring there own tale and we ask for 25% of sales...Tables should be about "Card size" tables..and vendors have 2 opportunity to be selling, the pre-turkey day and the day after Thanksgiving for the"Official" Gallery Opening But most of all ...we need art for the gallery..and gallery pieces are to be left up on the walls for the 6 weeks of the gallery.

The Phoenix Cafe Hazel Park all gallery pieces must be tagged with a price because (again the house gets 25% of the sale) but no hanging fee..Spread the word..Gallery must "Hang" on the walls and it can be computer cgi, photography, Line art, oils, pastels, penciled sketches, so find us some artist !!!First come first served..Spread the word..any one who needs to mail their art must let me know so We can work it out..Michael
