Observed in Abergavenny

Hi, I don't know where to post this so please feel free to move it if I'm wrong.

I work in Abergavenny, in Cibi Walk Shopping Centre, as a general maintenance man. During my shift on Saturday last I espied a young lady walking down the precinct wearing a top hat! Not many of those worn in Abergavenny, I can tell you! The point of my rambling discorse is, was it anyone on here? The time was (I think) early afternoon, I was the grinning eejit in a hi-vis vest, standing near the jacket potato stand.
