Just wanted to give you the heads up: There's a Steampunk Social coming up June 15th, 2013 in Sherbrooke, NS. I started a new thread here; could you please post it on Steampunk Canada too? I have nothing whatsoever to do with it, just came across it; but it's in my own best interests to have successful Steampunk events in my general area, heh heh. Also, I want to find other Steampunks in the Annapolis Valley, NS! And they might come out to this. I certainly hope to! Hello Kryss, nice to meet you! I know all about this and I am in close contact with those putting it on. It's sure to be a great event! I have already mentioned it on Steampunk Canada, with more to come. Cheers!

I really hope I can get out to it. I think it's about a four-hour drive from where I am, though... Do you know of anyone in the Annapolis Valley region of Nova Scotia? Or, heck, Halifax (which is only an hour away)? There's a new tea house opening up Tuesday ( Goodchold's Tea Room) that does high teas; it would be wonderful to meet someone for a high tea there. Or, heck, anywhere...

I do apologize for my absence. It has been quite busy on this end, starting a new business and such. But Steampunk Canada has been chugging along and there are many new photos, articles and members...and a lovely fuzzy steampunk chap on the front page! Do come and visit. Cheers! http://www.steampunkcanada.ca/
