Greetings to all from the Top of the Rockies in the Bitterroot Mountains in Western Montana ... 50 miles south of Missoula, and 500 feet up.

Greetings from Mackinac Island, Michigan.
The loveliest place to ever spend a summer, I am green, sir! The island is beautiful all the year round. Come back and see us. There is a small steampunk community here during the summer months.

I saw your post on Brass Goggles: San Jose, California here!
I'm the quartermaster for the St. Claire Aeronauts. There is quite a lot of steampunk activity in the bay area, so I'm hoping more of us will chime in so we can get better acquainted.
Gene Forrer (who was a panelist at Nova Albion) lives in San Jose and is interested in starting a meetup group in the South Bay area. There is a topic discussion started on the Sacramento Steampunk Society google group: http://groups.google.com/group/steampunk-sacramentoWe would also be glad to have you attend our special events.

Aha! I knew there had to be some more out here. I'm literally a 20 minutes from Memphis, in a medium-sized suburb.

I'm just outside East Memphis, I believe. I've sent you a PM, if you'll forgive the presumptuousness.
I was starting to feel lonely, out here.
