Oooh, me, me!

Here in New England.

No, I cannot do the accent, and I do not eat much lobster. I wish, but it all gets exported to Californian Red Lobsters, leaving none here. In Washington county, we dine on mill-smoke, and drink bitter tears!

To the best of my knowledge, we have no other steampunks here. Alack and alas, I die of lonliness, bemighted in a culturless wilderness.

Don't know where Middleburg is, but there's a gang of tip-top Steampunks in "occupied" VA...Arlington, Vienna, etc...we even congregate down in Fredericksburg occasionally for Barbeques, Bonfires, Wicker-Man burnings, and the like.  So if you find yourself lonely when you relocate, give the Guild of DC a holla, we'll rustle you up.

Guild of DC has a BG thread, give us a search, if'n it tickles yer fancy.

Pewtersmith,
Are you one of the creators of the Neverwas Haul? Maybe I met you at Clockwork Alchemy. I attended the panel on the Haul, and I am planning a trip to see it in Vallejo.
I also plan to attend the artcar parade in Dec. Thanks for the facebook links, but , as I refuse to join facebook, I can't access them. (That is one of the main reasons I am against that insidious internet fungus...)

Well I'm down here in the wet muggy and beautiful City of New Orleans. We've got some pretty good connections over Facebook so if anyone is in the New Orleans area and having trouble hooking up with their fellows all you need to do is say the word and we'll get you plugged into the local community.
