Just relocated to Missouri in a town that does not officially exist.

With a huge shop, plenty of work space, tools, multiple scrap yards and the peace of being in the middle of nowhere at my disposal things will be going much smoother.

Hey folks!

Northville Michigan - a Victorian era town just outside of Detroit.

I am an aspiring author almost finished with the first draft of my Steampunk Western novel.  More over on my blog dwbeyer.com (just tootin my steam whistle in a shameless self promotional plug!)

Like Ms. Abileigh, I too reside in the capital of the Lone Star State (Texas): The City of Austin (formerly Known as the village of Waterloo on the banks of the Colorado River).

And as US / Texan Ambassador to the Steampunk Mexico forum,  I send greetings from at least another 150 or so (April figures), in the Northern Hemisphere of the Americas.

After reading through all the pages I see no one from my area; I'm at Homedale ID about 60 miles east of Boise. Five miles from the Oregon/Idaho border.

Really?  With Lakemont Park's old rides, the proximity to the Horse Shoe Curve, you'd think there would be more.  I guess I took the steampunk in my bloodline from my family out that way.   Grin

Calgary, Alberta, Canada here and I am very glad we have a good steampunk community. Although not many of them seem to be on this website... perhaps I will have to change this!
