Hallo thar! I currently reside in suburban NY, 2 hours away from the city.
My avatar wasn't steampunk, so I painted it brass and added a monocle :3

I work just outside of DC, and live in Columbia, Maryland. The guy next to me lives in Harford County, and depending on the traffic it can take him anywhere for 1hr45min to 3+ hours to get home.

Small world.
I (well the member of artifixer that posts here) grew up in Carol Stream.
I have been downtown St. Charles more times than I can count

I hail from Mobile, Alabama. Though I'm not sure there are many Alabama steampunks on here  :)

Greetings all, just joined up after a long time of... well, mostly procrastinating. I reside in Torrington, CT, which is in the northwest corner of the state, about 45 minutes from Hartford. Speaking of hartford, there's a steampunk bizzarre happening there today, and I am saddened that I have no care to go there in.

Lubbock, TX is unfortunately where I call home at the present moment. It's probably out of the way from just about everywhere else on this forum. Surely I'm not the sole Texan here?

Wow, thank you good fellow. I'll stick an intro in the general TX thread, since I'm not seeing a general intro thread anyplace else.

Bremerton, Washington (across the Puget Sound from Seattle) and
Port Hueneme, California - we're a little bit gypsy in our outlook.
