Let me start by saying, FIRST!!!!!!

Now that I have gotten that out of my system, I am wondering if there are any other steampunks from the Natural State around. If there are I would be proud to know you.

Ah, Oklahoma. The land of tornados and sing-a-longs. You know about Ravenwood? It happens every year in Fayetville. A great event and a really great group of steampunks and goths getting together. What part of Ok do you live in?

Google Ravenwood festival. They have a basic website and a myspace page that has more info. I believe there is also a facebook but I don't think there is much on it.

Hello! I'm from central Arkansas (and often feel I'm the only one in this area...). Definitely heard about Ravenwood, but couldn't go.  Sad

Actually Flippin isn't too far off from the NEA area that I'm from. Now I don't feel so alone I count something like four of us arkie steampunks on this forum.

Little Rock... Not done too much Steampunk yet, but definitely want to. The aesthetic and ethos appeal to me.
