Tragic Tantrum's Devil's Night Ball III takes place in San Diego, CA on October 30, 2009 from 9pm- 4am. The Devil's Night Ball is a Dark Cabaret/ Steampunk themed Masquerade Ball. This year it is being helt at Suture, on 10th Street between Market and G in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter.
