My favorite part of the whole kit has been the bracer, and I think I just realized why. It's one of those details that's not instantly apparent. When you're at ease, it doesn't interrupt the lines of your coat sleeve, but there's just a little glint of metal to hint that something is up your sleeve. Then when you pull your sleeve back to reveal the concealed equipment, it expresses to me an attitude that's important to making the character an identity rather than an outfit: the gadgetry is something the Tailor wears every day because he needs it close to hand, but he wouldn't want it to interfere with being decently dressed. Just because it's necessary doesn't mean it must be vulgar, so it's tucked out of the way.
The character and the costume are both layered, which makes them both more interesting.

I spent more time taking photos of my love alone and with myself than I took of just myself. Funny how that works out.
Um....a few of the two of us, then.

The stockings are quite fetching. Of course, I may be a bit biased on that.
Not a problem at all with the picking. We look forward to it, and will probably be doing the same with yours!

Do you have trouble with the scissors falling out in that bracer configuration...
Thought you'd get a kick out of this....
When I was putting everything on for the last dress-up, the scissors on the bracer fell out several times. So, now there IS a clasp holding them in!
