This is hell? But, but, the company is so pleasant. I mean, if you can get past the screaming fellow and the guy who falls on people. The polar bear seems a friendly sort, as do you two...
Maybe it's a kind of insanity assimilation....
(Malkav would be proud!)

Oh, people in hell do not have to be horrendous. We're just the interesting people of the world that god frowned upon. Our minds were too unusual to fit in with the angel types.

The thought of wearing a white satin mu-mu and playing a harp for a bunch on immortal yes-men never really appealed to me anyway. Sugar-Frosted-Gremlin R?

Harps are quite lovely though. We have evil harps down here. They sound more like nails on a chalkboard though.
sugar-frosted gremlin....hm....sounds absolutely scrumptious.

If we're going to *crunch* be talking about instruments thematic1 to hell, I've always been fond of electric violin.
1I love this word.

Me too. I don't play anything. It's a shame, really. Do you play anything? Other than the minds of those weaker than yourself, that is.

Damn you, Athena! That is not fair. I can't play any string instrument. I'm a wind instrument gal. Flute and bagpipes. And recorder...but that's lame so it doesn't count.

HAH! I can't play recorder. I used to play flute, but had to stop because I was hyperventilating. (This was middle school.) A violinist and a piper. I'm in good company if we want to start a band. I know how to sing...

THEY'RE MISSING! THEY'RE MISSING! THEY'RE MISSING! THEY'RE MISSING! THEY'RE MISSING!
But I suppose it's okay, since the nice lady with the net is out to get them. *Clears throat, and starts to sing quietly to himself.*
Schizophrenic nightmares sending shivers down my spine I may be a little twisted, but I swear my life is fine.
I'm living with a perfect stranger, is there anybody home? I'm living with a perfect stranger, but I find myself alone
Well I'm still working to make life better, though I've fallen from God's grace I'm standing still in a shattered mirror, staring at somebody else's face
I'm living with a perfect stranger, is there anybody home? I'm living with a perfect stranger, but I find myself alone
Just when things are back on track, I sabotage myself These are all certain telltale signs of my decaying mental health Nobody's Home!

It is an abomination madam! And God in his wisdom has quite rightly seen to it that nobody can play it. Flute and bagpipes. And recorder...but that's lame so it doesn't count.
lame? LAME! Madam! Have you ever heard a recorder skilfully played, in a good acoustic? I would swear that not even Orpheus with his lyre could charm the birds from the trees as a recorder can. While I make no claim to be a better than average player, might I ask you to listen at least, to this recording?

*plays the bagpipes while dancing*
Your recorder song refuses to play for me. I think it knows I said recorder is lame. I admit that it can sound beautiful, but in my opinion recorder is not an instrument worthy of my time.
