I am embarrassed to admit, nearly any RPG of Japanese origin, but none of American. I am particularly fond of Final Fantasy and Zelda.

And yourself?

There will always be a special place in my heart for Final Fantasy VII. Always. I've never been a really big fan of Zelda, but I did enjoy Twilight Princess. I tend to lean more towards really cute games, like Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing. Sometimes I do enjoy a bit of blood & gore though. ^_^

You mentioned anime earlier. What is your club interested in at the moment?

We're all on different pages, so to speak, but right now we're mostly talking about Pandora Hearts.

Are you in the midst of a series?

I am in the middle of Neon Genesis Evangelion right now, if you're talking about anime. I've usually got several games going at once, so I'm working on Radiata Stories and Dragon Quest VII (the one with the cursed king, I can't remember if that's VII or not) at the moment.

How about yourself? *taking a sip of tea*

Oh, I'm always half-way through a dozen series. Most notably, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Pandora Hearts, Shangri-La and Kuroshitsuji. As for my gaming, I'm playing Final Fantasy XII and Super Mario Galaxy.

It's good to meet a fellow otaku, don't you think?

So tell me, do read manga as well? *taking a sip of tea*

I do, actually. And I find it usually somewhat preferable to anime. I assume you read as well? *fidgets with cup*

I do...but not many as of late. I am drawn to shojo manga *fangirl blush* and anything that leans toward the darker side.

Have you ever heard of Bizenghast?

Yes, though I've only read to book three. I try to read any manga from the West.

The darker side? Have you read The Cain Saga/GodChild?

I have read the last bit of GodChild, and I keep telling myself that the next time I find myself at a bookstore with time on my hands I'm going to read the whole series.

*sees you fidgeting with your cup* Would you like more tea?

But I've never read The Cain Saga. Unfortunately, I've only ever found up to book five of Bizenghast. What is The Cain Saga about?

Oh, I'm quite well off on tea. Just nervous. Smiley

The Cain Saga is a sort of prologue to GodChild, but I'm not sure if it's officially translated yet. I read mostly fansubs, but I try to buy the books. Any darker recommendations of your own?

The Wallflower, while not darker, is certainly good. Pet Shop of Horrors is another one that's spooky, but more in a monster sort of way. And of course most everyone's heard of Deathnote.

What are you so nervous about?

This is true.

He does. His voice is...melodious? And the song is quite romantic.

Tell me, what kinds of music do you enjoy?

Yes it is... I'm a particular fan of alternative, but I've got my fair share of steampunk in my music library. Smiley

I've got a little of everything, with a fair share of steampunk thrown in. I believe I have Auf Der Maur in my car right now...good to wake you up in the morning, I assure you:

Not to worry.  Miss vela is right here.

I did dash out for a second.  I was warming up my voice for the next song.  *clears throat*

I'm afraid nothing much happens for me in summer. An unfortunate side effect of being a full-time student, one supposes. Smiley

I'm not in school anymore, so I've always got something going on. A lot of projects...I've been pretty busy with other things as well. I'm sorry I've been absent. What are you going to school for?

I'm going to school to graduate! Am I so mature that you can't tell I'm still in high school, Miss Athena?

(Don't worry about absences. I provide my own fair share of those.)
