When I try to open the above URL, I get a login page. That won't work; the URL has to point directly at something that looks like an image file, otherwise the Forum's calculating engines won't convert the BBCode into actual HTML code.

It needs to look something like this:

I modified your post to show the correct link, and now we should be able to see your creation Smiley

Wonderful work all round, everyone's creations have been refreshingly original and inspired, especially given the constraints!

Thank you, now everyone may see my defunct belt of scraps and poor handyman skills.

But it works I suppose. Not entirely steamy, or at all really.

On my project.... the empty latex bottle... I was going to say... doesn't everyone keep their make-up stuff in their medicine cabinet? (well I'm a guy type... so my make-up is kinda weird...)

It's awkward to put on, but it holds my pants up.
How manly can a belt be?

As always splendid work! I'm going to give a little break till the next challenge. Hopefully I can start one up in the full swing of summer vacation for most people and we can have more people participate.

Forgive my presumption as a newcomer, but it might be interesting to focus each Gentlemen's Challenge on a specific item, say where everyone is tasked to make a gun, or a lamp, or whatever.

This challenge ended back in June, but keep your eyes open for another. I tend to post them up randomly here and there.

A followup....the lamp I made for this competition just sold on Etsy for $200. I have carefully packed it for shipment. I'm going to miss this lamp, and will probably make another similar one with rawhide shade.

That is fantastic, Mr. Rockwell!  I certainly think it looks worth the amount; a bit pricey for my budget, but I swear when I win the lottery I'm going to have to buy up all the goodness that is produced by members of this forum Smiley

Someone got a bargain! It's a lovely lamp. Well done on the creation and the selling of it. I don't know how you could part with it!
