Not to worry, VAP - I have issues with the time differences too!
And I agree, rival crews sound very intriguing indeed.

Any ideas for what the rig would be like? I think a train like thing on tank tracks would be cool.

That's a good idea. Each member of the crew perhaps gets their own little car?

I imagine it as having only 4 or 5 carriages and most of those being for cargo. Maybe with a turret on top of one of them.
I could do a simple diagram or something.

That does sound like a good plan for a scavenger rig - plenty of cargo space. I'd be fine with something with only two sections even. Not exactly what I want, but maybe this is a good starting point for ideas. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandvagn_206The benefit for something like that is that it would perform quite well on uneven or rockey terrain, while still keeping above the sands.

Ok for the rig I'm thinking something like this: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/62/71000_Duke_of_Gloucester_departing_Ramsbottom.jpg except with all terrain tracks like the Bandvagn and a machine gun turret above the cabin. Also thinking 4 carriages. One for crew quarters (separated into ladies and gents of course.), One that would house the galley as well as weapons and equipment. And the other two for cargo. Again all with tank tracks. What do you guys think?

How about the "Seven-Seven"? in homage to the Seven Crew at Table Seven.
Might have been the original number on the original train engine.

As I read it, a group of us are going to look over the potential rig that Ben believes he can get a deal on. Royce is going to meet the team at the yard and those others who have their own affairs to put in order before leaving are going to meet everyone else back at table seven the following morning.
