Miles (a sailor)Martin crawls out from behind the pipe organ and removes the ear plugs and dusts himself off, glancing around he says "What day is it mygood folks? october 7th , fancy that i've been back there two months."he dusts his hands and says "a large rum toddy and a alligator sandwich my goodman"steping over to the bar. "well its repaired now so isn't anyone going to play it" waving a hand toward the the organ as he pulls the dust cover off, revealing the organist bench sitting in front of four banks of keys, a double row of foot pedals and 153 stops, centered between the keyboard banks is a brass plate is visible that is imprinted "B.S. Johnson Anhk-Morpork"

*Comes wandering in happily muttering to himself*
mumble mumble mumble "Of course, that's why they used timber for the lintels! But then, why did they render the walls?"
Sorry everyone.... got a bit... preoccupied with one of my essays there. I've just come back from the tailors. Isn't it funny how a little job suddenly becomes a very big (and hence rather expensive) one? I only wanted two button holes putting in my frock coat, but oh no we have to move four buttons to put the holes in in the first place.

Persons intending to travel by open carriage should select a seat with their backs to the engine, by which means they will avoid the ashes emitted therefrom, that in travelling generally, but particularly through the tunnels, prove a great annoyance; the carriage farthest from the engine will in consequence be found the most desirable.

Something like this Captian? Except for the pink suit, yes, yes indeed. And now, another variation on "My Dog Trey"...

My dear old chap,
Have you tried the acupressure points?? - the temples, bridge of the nose, in between your thumbs and about half way along your cheekbones - try massaging each of these and you may get some kind of relief. Failing that a dose of laudanum or similar?

Aye, I tried that and got some short-term relief. Just been out for a pretty long walk, not that it helped particularly, and am now sucking a hard-boiled sweet to see if that relieves it any. Surprisingly, at the moment, it seems to be working. Must be a blood-sugar thing, or else my caffeine-addiction playing up again

May I suggest meadowsweet tea for migraines, its a remedy I've used for around 20 years and find it more effective than the usual pharmaceuticals.

I have heard tell that oil of lavender can aid in loosening constricted blood vessels, which might be of some help.

*opens the trapdoor behind the suit of armor in the corner, and climbs out, carrying a handmade minstrel banjo* AH! I thought I heard the organ!
*sits down beside Grey and accompanies with a thumping hide-head, gut-strung banjo counterpoint*

Ever the fan of Motzart, am I. Motzart, Chopin, Liszt... Perhaps Piano Concerto No. 21? Or, if the rest of you gents are in the mood for something a little more upbeat, The Marriage of Figaro should suffice quite nice!
