I daydream a lot, and I have a really overactive imagination, so that helps to get through the day. But why does it have to be that way? Why is escapism the best bet? Why does it have to be? Life sucks, yeah. I guess maybe it didn't liveup to my expectations of it. That's kinda funny when you think about it. ^_^

Yes, it is truthful. I guess it gets back to the masochism thing. I smoke and drink. I'm destroying my body. But that's the only way I feel relief. And that also doesn't sound good...but it's the truth.  Embarrassed

I'm exactly right there with you!  We are venturing into dark territory... it's not a good place to be... let's agree to keep smoking and drinking and posting frivolous matter... (this place is not a good place to be)...

Thanks for the generous offer!  *I need some f***** golf shoes!*  I think I'll go back to the little world inside my head... and enjoy the night on here.  I think the drink has made me a bit too talkative... I'm sorry if I've burdened you Grrrl.   Undecided

Ladies, I feel you are all in need of Lady Elsie's mega chocolate cake, with chocolate frosting, filled with chocolate would you like some clotted cream or ice cream with it?

I find these days,  talking to someone, either on the net, of in R.L. helps more than hitting the bottle. I have done both in my time. So you will ALWAYS find someone here.

Now back to this huge cake................Take care, L.E.

I had some of the most delightful cake yesterday. A customer at work was celebrating her 16th birthday party, and her cake was BEAUTIFUL. We all assumed it was an expensive custom made job, but in fact her MOTHER made it! It was chocolate frosting, and covered in white and plain chocolate handmade butterflies, each one was about 5 inches across! It was stunning to look at, and the family were kind enough to give us a piece before they left. Upon consumption we realised it was not just a chocolate cake, but had coffee throughout the sponge. A coffee, chocolate, buttercream cake.....for free......MMmmmmmmm....

That Herr Doktor seems to pop up all over the place doesn't he?
Maybe he's after the cake.

*pours you one*

Well, I went on a bit of a shopping spree yesterday, and heres a little heads up for the UK bods. In Primark they have some GORGEOUS Victorian inspired dresses, and dieselpunk swimwear! I got the most adorable black and white striped swim suit, very Betty Grable, for a tenner, and they also have gingham bloomers! I spent £42 in there in the end, and didn't even buy any dresses (I got one in a different store for a tenner). All in all, a good days shopping Cheesy
