I'm neutral, as I've never been to the Green Muse.  Parking is an issue when I go to S. Congress , and Epoch fairs no better before final exams at UT, but that should be over by the 15--my guess is Epoch will be slowing down right about now...I could check...

There's plenty of parking around the Green Muse, but my preference at this time is Epoch.

Is there a word for someone who is a member of a consensus?  Consensee?  Consenser?  Consensor?

Are you asking if I'm consensed?

I would choose Epoch first, because I feel it's closer and more likely to have room after finals.  I guess we will deal with the weather situation.  We can always drive somewhere else if we have to.  No sin to admit that you're cold!

My apologies for not having been around.

A couple off weeks ago I ate about two weeks worth of antibiotics to get rid of a nasty bug. Along with the nasty bug it killed off my beneficial antibodies making me slip into a relapse of the illness I had about a month ago.(can't win for losing Tongue)

I will be at the next meeting and my preference is Epoch.

As for alternative days for meeting times, my work schedule will change on the 17th of January. I will be off on most weekday evenings at about 6:30. Off on Thursday and Friday. Weekends off around 2:00P.M..
I got as close as I could to having all my evenings off to accommodate meeting times and this is the best I could do.  Tongue

Hopefully it will be close enough.

I think that might be considered 'enviromentally unsound' (Eco-icko?)so we'll have to have a multi-million dollar environmental impact study and raise everyone's taxes.

Sorry to hear you won't be present for tonight's meeting. You will be sorely missed as well as anyone else who wanted to come but couldn't. Sad

While there were only 4 of us last night, we had a good time. I had to leave at 8:30, though it did not seem that the others were leaving anytime soon. In attendance were: Deadfield, J.J. Folderol, J. Wilhelm, and Arvis. Arvis was clad in traditional steampunk glory, and J.J. had a nice new waistcoat, though I and Wilhelm were ungarbed for the night...we had clothes, just not the right stuff.

I hope to meet all the rest of you soon!

Indeed, we did not adjourn until about 23:00. Wink It was great that you were able to come out! As for garb it will come in time. Though I don't think Wilhelm is into the steampunk garb side of things.(I could be mistaken but I believe he's more into the tinkering side of steampunk)

You were asking where I got my out fit. For the most part trousers, waistcoat and duster were picked up here.

The shirt and bracers I got from the Gentleman's emporium.

As always I look forward to the next meeting, though I don't think there will be another one until early to mid January when all the Holiday festivities come to a close. Then there will be a REAL reason to celebrate.

BLESSED BE THE TAX RETURNS!!!

Don't take it too hard, I missed ikkicon too.(it's stupid to throw an event when everyone's "broke" anyway.)  Tongue
My Christmas/new year's events went well and came to pass with out having to go any deeper into debt! Grin I hope everyone else's did as well or better!
I just checked my itinerary  for this coming Wednesday and I'm currently a "go". Unless some one wants to make a change, I'm still good with 6:00 p.m. @ Epoch.

Well the art of being unemployed gives me the time for it, so why not??

I got some nasty IRS and bankruptcy stuff this week, but it's mostly by phone, so I guess I have no obstacles.  That stuff kept me awake all night, and I actually took refuge here at brassgoggles.  I had a sort of "epiphany" in one of the threads regarding airship design (see this thread: http://brassgoggles.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,21122.0.html).  To give you an idea of how crazy my night was, this is what I drew early this morning as a result from my "discussion" (who needs acid when you can just stay awake until you hallucinate?) Cheesy

Heh, how could I refuse a ride on an airship who's name pretty much means "bringer of death"? Cheesy
