Make: Blog had an interesting item this afternoon, with an exerpt from Jordan Peter's Watchmaking Blog on how he turns a replacement balance staff for a Paul Breton watch.

Mr. Peter's blog also has a series of articles on the tools he uses in his trade as a watch maker and repairman.
