We went out for a friend's birthday to a Moroccan restaurant this evening. One of the dishes we were presented with was shredded chicken, raisins, nuts and who knows what else cooked in a phyllo dough shell like a small cake. It was covered in powdered sugar. I normally don't think of chicken and powdered sugar as good combination, but I have to admit it was quite tasty.
