Seeing as how the new year arrives as a travelling event around the globe, hows about a thread for people to send out New Year greetings as the midnight hour passes over their own personal time zone.

I personnally will see you back here in about five and a half hours.

Wish I could, but I've been invited by my elderly "auntie" to a costume party hosted by a group of esoteric magicians. She seems so reserved, until you get to know her...

But because of that, I will send my New Year's wishes a bit more than 12 hours early.
