In a way...
Daz is out a freebie model...and had to probably contact lawyers, which cost money
The Fogilios probably had to contact their lawyers, which also cost money
The modeler is probably in hot water, which doesn't win me anything with him (he loses money, because
he can't get credit/props/money from sales of the object)
All the 3d artists have lost out on a good freebie, which might have won GG some more fans.

no, in the end only the modeller loses money, which he wasn't entitled to in the first place , and even he has had the enriching experience of learning that things available on the Internet are not open for re-use where that infringes copyright, and hopefully will encourage him to be original.

I think we are about to have the first of a series of revelations about Higgs. He has been set up as a major character but really hasn't done anything on page, I think this is about to change.

It may be just the Fogio drawing style, but Higgs looks a lot like Old Man Death in that last panel.

That's an "old Mechanicsburg" accent showing through. Several working class Mechanicsburgers are shown talking that way under stress. The Jägers talk that way because they are old working class Mechanicsburgers, and it's accentuated by their reinforced throats and jaws, and the necessity of not biting your tongue with teeth like that.

Higg's unstoppability pre-dates the Battledraught, he may be a superior human like Ol Man Death, that sidebar has raised the possibility of this.
The only thing likely to stop Higgs finishing off Pinkie is Othar dropping in to save her thinking she is a damsel in distress, the pillock.
