Yup: Othar in a sentient, maniacally homicidal castle = Bull in China Shop Either Othar or the Castle will be destroyed (With Agatha potentially taken down along with either one of them). Win-win for the Baron.

But Othar has the Luck of the Idiot.
He is likely to trip over the right wire, fall just enough to miss the rotating blade, and accidentally restore the main data bus for the Castle.
Othar alive and the Castle fully functional. With the side effect of Agatha being rid of The Other. (Hmmm.. Othar/Other? Nah, it couldn't be...)

it wouldn't surprise me if he was " the other" (though we already know who is) since he is suppose to be a spark. Every hero needs a villain and he would be crazy enough to create his own.

I love that Airman's (I forget his name, the one with Gil) expressions of nonchallance.

The Unstoppable Higgs! And yes, pretty much everyone's reactions here are hilarious - especially Krosp's.

"Um, excuse me-" "Can I Have a pretty dress too?" Awww- bless. Look at those puppy-dog eyes in the last panel. I'm warming to Violet.

I absolutely adored today's comic. Just 100% funny. Granted, I love it when Agatha gets worked up over the boys, and I too find myself warming to Violet

The secret agent tomboyish one would really like a pretty dress for the party. The expression on her face is perfect, I gotta find a way to do that expression for my upcoming web comic.

Recently gotten into the comic! haven't read it for the past week or two though, saving it so I can sit there and read a few pages at a time. Probably not the right thread for the question, but I am trying to make a jagermonster costume for my girlfriend, using an old civil war or marching band jacket. I haven't been able to find ANY jackets here in Australia, am I just not looking hard enough? the only things close to the design I want are several hundred USD, which makes it lots more AUD the idea is something like the one in pink http://www.girlgeniusonline.com/comic.php?date=20080421, also grabbing some pointy vampire teeth for the authentic look

Woot! Gil gets beaten up by a sentient clock, Zeetha gets some brilliant facial expressions in and Gil *finally* articulates his feelings.. after some "encouragement."

Actually I thought the medallion on her chest was stuck in a permanent grin (likely due to where its placed I'd wager).
