Bionic? No more bionic than regular glasses or contact lenses. That sort of stuff has been around for years for jewellers, and surgeons.  I have several pairs of clip on eyeglass loupes and lenses for watch  repair work..  Now, if it was attached to or used nerve induction to connect with the optic nerve, and was controllable by thought, that would be truly bionic..
