And this is a photo taken by my studio mate, Chad. It has a girl with a pilot hat and a windmill. I love her outfit and what's going on around her arms:

I am a communication design student, who is trying to improve my photshop and photgraphy skills. If I may ask , I am curious on what did your aquantence used to get these stunning effects? Is the girl drawn, or did he edit a photo which he took?
