Just don't pay too much attention to the lead block that powers them.

Of course not! Heavy weaponry as this needs heavy metals to maintain safe operating. *grin* Good to have limitations, as well, I think.  A lot can happen in a minute, though... *hrms* Hopefully, though, we won't have to worry about it.  Those pirates wouldn't be foolish enough to take on our city.

Sorry about the delay.... Rendering out the pics is taking longer than I thought...

Anways, so far, here's the ones I do have rendered:

The Leviathan class Air-Dreadnaught USS Yojimbo

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

My Flagship, the Shiloh class Air Battle Cruiser, USS Gettysburg

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

...I'll try to have the others up when I get done rendering them.

OOH, modern. Very nice. I make my ships in Gmod, what do you use?

I use Bryce 5/6... I actually made those models for a certain Civilization III mod I'm working on (only rendered at smaller scale and with certain areas "team Color" blue).... You might have a clue where some of the inspiration/base for these models came from by the name of the first... The rest of the images will remove all doubt, and not all of the ships are as modernified as those two, as will become clear soon enough. Wink

A pox on the Inquisition!  Well, perhaps we should consider shifting ballast after the fires are out? *hrms, then shakes head* Gah! This is appealing for too much to my strategic brain! Bad me! Bad! I shouldn't act out of my grade...

On a seperate note: very nice designs, Takayama-san.

Thanks.... I'm working on rendering the rest of the ships... In the meantime, if you want to see what they can do, here's links to the Civ III unit creation threads in which these models originally appeared:

The Leviathan class Air Dreadnought

The Shiloh class Air Battle Cruiser

You know, they're rather good. I've got a warship in hte works myself, which i should have done by the end of the day. It's the biggest, heaviest, nastiest one so far. =D

As a privateer ship, the Steel Breeze has hunted and looted pirates all over the Pacific sky. If any help is needed, just give the word.
