(This is not a council. As the title has state, this is neutral ground and the cards are for those that have paid for the extra amenities this place offers).

(A gent walks in, and whispers into Lazarus' ear)

To correct you sir, Mr shanks did not pay, he merely asked. I thought the extra amenities were for the costs, and the free membership still got the cards..

(gent walks out)

The cards I make usually just say "neutral" under affiliation, for example, like Sir Lazarus'

*Adrianna takes a cardstock notepad out of her belt pouch and begins to scrawl a note in her messy hand.*

It reads: Lazaras,
I am available for a meeting and will be docked in the Port City of Salvage for a few days. Meet me on Pier 4, anchor 27.
Best Regards,
Col. Hazard

*Stirring honey into her tea, she turns to the boy*

Please tell Mr. Granville I am thankful for the card, and I hope his travels go well.

The boy smiles slightly to the lady and tips his hat. After seeing the note, or at least that there was a note if not the exact lettering, he asked. "If the lady wishes I can send a cable unless you wish to use another telegraph office." He holds out his gloved hand to her, either for the note, or payment, or..well...something.

*Adrianna passes the note to the boy along with a few coins*

If you would be so kind as to send the cable, it would be appreciated.

*She finishes her tea, bids farewell to the other members of Brass Goggles and walks out the door.*

Out-Of-Character:  Would it be a good idea to have the Brass Goggles club located at Salvage.  That would make it easy to come here, considering that we spent a lot of time at Salvage.

(ooc: no...I think not as its location has already been set in stone, and we need places other than salvage to hang out at)
