Hi all, I'm looking for brass spur gears module 1.5 (module is in Europe what diametral pitch is in the US. I think M 1.5 is equivalent to DP 16.9). The best I can find is on this site, which is in Europe: http://www.maedler.de. But module 1 is the largest toothsize they have (in brass). However, they also have brass bevel and miter gears, which makes it rather tempting to start buying. But it would need a redesign of my machine.

Then the next side is really great (except for being overseas): https://sdp-si.com/eStore/. They state: 'Many special requirements can be met with standard tooling — with merely a nominal surcharge. If your design calls for a modified part send us your print!' Living in Europe this effectively means paying twice the price due to shipping and import tax, but if it's good it be so. I will send them a mail.

I'm hoping for someone having experience in custom made gears at sdp or if someone knows about a website that actually sells the gears I need.
