Here are a couple of Steampunk Fetishes that I made.
They started out as resin steer skulls.
The measure about 3" by 3".
I used air dry modeling clay to make the metal patches.  I used washes and dry brush to make them look beat up and weathered
I drilled and glued a "rare earth" magnet in the back of each so I can attach to a top hat using another magnet.  That way I don't have to sew anything.

Oh, not that kind of fetish...

The weathering, particularly on the metal patches, is really quite wonderful. Adds that extra detail to an already great piece.

Ahem.  Yes, I thought the alternate meaning of "Fetish" might come into play.  Thank you for the comments.  I may be embolden to try to find something larger to experiment with.  I wanted to try something that I could attach to my gun cart or even to a hat first.

I was under the same thought. I was slightly worried when I clicked the link. Very cool looking though
