I was blipping through Pinterest and found a free pattern for ladies' cycling bloomers that goes to a fairly large size range, and it was free! Naturally I downloaded the PDF. The website has a lot of other things listed for 1 euro!

I haven't tried making it yet, but I had to share the source.

Nice site, lots of Victorian patterns.  Looks like the bloomers are the only free Victorian pattern, but 1 euro seems a fair price...wait, how much is a euro?  Oh, looks like it's $1.07 US today.  very reasonable.
