Like this one from the movie "The Wild, Wild, West".  I looked at doll house furniture, but their Victrola horns were too small.
I'm looking for something light that is about 1¾" across at the widest point.

your original photo looks like it was made with strips of metal.  I would try cutting the lid off a can (tin?--maybe a beer can), then cutting the body into strips and forming the horn.  Soldering them would be lovely, glueing would probably work.
