Absolutely fascinating video! Quite a set up and very labour intensive.

Cool, also I recomand to look at vfd tubes, same aesthetic. An vfd(anything) use lower voltage 12V - 30ish. Reduce electrocution risk and eazy to find components.

On he´s website he talls that the new workshop (for making vacum tubes) will be in an old castle where he rent a big room.
Looks awsome to me on the pictures!
