I've been trying out casting gear-motif "cameos" with brass powder infused in resin. I was trying for brass-on black, but never like the results. Then I tried all brass and it looked interesting. Using black resin gives the brass a greenish/antique brass look, and a bit like sand-casting. What do folks think?


I tried some with red and green resins, too. The red gave an "almost copper" look.

I agree. The red and green ones look much nicer.

These are the beginnings of some nice jewellery.

How about some regency-style necklaces and tiaras?
